About Me Jan Carne started he career in finance initially with the Toronto Dominion Bank in British Columbia, moving swiftly to become a Loans and Mortgage officer with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Jan, not one to let the grass grow under her feet moved to Ontario reaching Collingwood and became the Mortgage Manager of the Canada Trust branch there. In her 30 plus years of serving folks in the financial services industry, Jan’s name has been linked with such terms as "extremely professional", "detail oriented", "Tenacious". Jan, someone who likes to think outside the box, felt constrained by the "Normal" financial service providers offerings. Seeing the impact her good friend Pat had when she left to work for a mortgage broker, Jan too joined the same company and began to service the credit needs of the folks in the Georgian Triangle. Wanting to make an even greater impact for her clients,Jan and Pat concluded they would need to "take it to the next level" and in 2006 these two long time friends opened their own office. As a wife, mother, and grandmother Jan’s commitment to her family runs just as deep as her commitment is to her clients. As a missionary and musician, Jan’s has demonstrated her commitment to both the local and International Church taking her overseas to serve several times. Jan looks forward to having the opportunity to becoming committed to your cause.
